Suspended Harmony

Hamza Bounoua Baghdad, Sweden

represents a meeting between force and control. The intense red and dark brown brushstrokes pulse like a heartbeat, while the geometric base grounds the composition in balance and order. The form appears to float, yet remains held by an exact linear structure — a metaphor for the relationship between movement and stillness, spirit and matter.

Bounoua allows the calligraphic gesture to expand beyond the boundaries of language, transforming into pure energy. The rhythmic flow of the composition evokes an inner state — where harmony does not arise from stillness, but from the tension between opposites.
